Our History

When Rollin Dough founder Alex Golf was young he would spend his time watching Food Network marveling at the creations of celebrity chefs like Emeril Lagasse and Alton Brown. Golf’s love for food continued to grow as he worked in all aspects of popular Eugene area restaurants. Golf purchased his donut machine in 2019 and has since been developing the perfect mini donut.
